The prices are for the specified number of persons per day.
Each additional person in the flat pays up from €25 per night.
Children up to their 3rd birthday stay free of charge. A cot can be rented for a one-off charge of 30€. Please let us know when you make your reservation.
The local tax is € 3.30 per person per day. Children and young people under the age of 14 are exempt from the tax.
Your four-legged family members are also welcome to stay with us.
We charge a daily rate of €15.00.
Short stays:
For stays of 1-3 nights we charge a surcharge of 20% on the daily rate.
For stays of 4-6 nights, a surcharge of 10% will be added to the daily rate.
The prices include: Water, electricity, heating and 10% VAT (any changes will be charged).
For the binding reservation, we ask you to transfer a deposit of 30% of the total price (which will be charged) to the following account:

CANCELLATION: please take out travel cancellation insurance!
For cancellations up to 30 days before the start of the trip, the deposit ( 30% of the total) will be retained as a cancellation fee.
According to Italian law, cancellations between the 30th day before departure and the day of arrival or early departure will result in the full amount being charged.
